Setting Up Your First Auto-Reply

  • 1.From your dashboard, go to Automation → Auto-Replies
  • 2.Click + New Auto-Reply
  • 3.Choose a trigger:
  • - Any new message — responds to every new conversation - First message only — responds once per new contact - Keyword match — triggers on specific words like "price", "help", "hello" - Outside business hours — only when your team is offline
  • 4.Write your reply message
  • 5.Toggle Active and click Save

  • Keep it under 160 characters — shorter messages feel more personal
  • Add an emoji — it improves open engagement

    Send a WhatsApp message to your connected number from a different phone. You should receive the auto-reply within seconds.
