Accessing the Library
Go to Automation → Flow Builder → Browse Templates. Filter by industry or use case.
Available Templates

•Support Menu — 3-option menu (billing, technical, general) with agent handoff
•Ticket Collector — Captures issue description and contact info, creates a ticket

1.Browse the library and click on a template
2.Preview the full flow diagram
3.Click Use This Template
4.The flow is copied to your account — the original template is unchanged
5.Customize messages, variables, and triggers
6.Activate when ready
Sharing Your Own Templates
Built something great? Export any flow as a template from Flow Settings → Export as Template. You can share the JSON file with your team or import it into another HelpKit workspace.
