How to Create Your HelpKit Account

Creating Your HelpKit Account



Getting started with HelpKit takes less than 2 minutes. Follow these steps to set up your account and start managing WhatsApp conversations at scale.

Step 1: Sign Up



  • 1.Go to app.helpkit.in
  • 2.Click Get Started Free
  • 3.Enter your name, email address, and a strong password
  • 4.Click Create Account


  • Step 2: Verify Your Email



    Check your inbox for a verification email from HelpKit. Click the Verify Email button inside the email. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or click Resend Verification Email on the login screen.

    Step 3: Set Up Your Business Profile



    After verifying your email, you'll be prompted to complete your business profile:

  • Business Name — This appears in your support center and messages
  • Business Category — Helps HelpKit suggest relevant templates
  • Time Zone — Ensures scheduling and analytics are accurate
  • Country — Determines default currency and WhatsApp pricing


  • Step 4: Connect Your WhatsApp Number



    Once your profile is set up, the onboarding wizard will guide you to connect your WhatsApp Business number. See the article Connecting Your WhatsApp Business Number for detailed steps.

    Tips



  • Use a business email (not Gmail/Yahoo) for a professional setup
  • You can invite team members after account creation
  • The Free plan gives you 100 conversations/month to test the platform


  • Note: Each HelpKit account supports one WhatsApp Business number by default. Upgrade to Business plan for multi-number support.
