Yes. Our Free plan includes 1 agent seat, 100 tickets/month, a live chat widget, and a knowledge base — no credit card required and no time limit. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you need more capacity or channels.
HelpKit AI is trained on your knowledge base articles and website content. When a customer sends a message, the AI finds the best matching answer and responds instantly. For complex issues it can't handle, it routes to the right human agent with full context. No extra setup or AI subscription needed.
Email and Live Chat are available on all plans. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger are available on Business and above. We're adding more channels regularly — check the roadmap at /roadmap.
Yes! We offer free migration assistance on Pro and Business plans. We'll help you move your knowledge base articles, tickets, and customer data. Contact sales@helpkit.in to get started.
Yes. HelpKit is operated by Hostao LLC and is fully compliant with GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California), and India's DPDPA 2023. We offer a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for business customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Customer data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in US-East regions. We use TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. EU customers may request data residency options on Business plans.
HelpKit is priced per plan (not per agent seat like Zendesk). Free: ₹0 forever. Pro: ₹999/month (5 agents). Business: ₹2,499/month (15 agents). Annual billing saves 20%. No per-message or per-ticket fees.
Yes. Pro and above plans support custom domains (e.g., support.yourbrand.com) for your help center and chat widget.
