Invoice History and Downloads

Access all your HelpKit invoices for accounting, tax filing, and expense tracking.

Viewing Invoices

1.Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices

2.All invoices are listed in reverse chronological order

3.Each invoice shows:

- Invoice number - Date - Description (subscription plan + WhatsApp API usage) - Amount - Status (Paid, Pending, Overdue)

Downloading Invoices

Single invoice: Click on any invoice row → Click Download PDF

Bulk download: Select multiple invoices using checkboxes → Click Download Selected (ZIP)

Invoice Contents

Each HelpKit invoice includes:

•Your billing name and address

•HelpKit's company details and GST/VAT number

•Itemized breakdown:

- Subscription plan fee - WhatsApp API conversation charges - Any add-ons

•Subtotal, taxes (GST 18% for India), and total

•Payment method used

•Invoice number for your records

Adding GST/VAT Details to Invoices

For GST-compliant invoices (India):

1.Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details

2.Enter your GST Number

3.Enter your Business Legal Name and Address

4.Save — future invoices will include your GSTIN

5.Previously issued invoices can be regenerated with GST details from the invoice detail page

Invoice Emails

HelpKit automatically emails invoices to your billing email after each charge. To change the billing email:

1.Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details

2.Update the Billing Email

3.Save

Failed Payment Invoices

If a payment fails, you'll receive an email with a Pay Now link. Invoices remain accessible in your billing history regardless of payment status.
