Managing Your HelpKit Subscription



Upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your HelpKit subscription at any time from your account settings.

Upgrading Your Plan



  • 1.Go to Settings → Billing → Plans
  • 2.Click Upgrade next to your desired plan
  • 3.Review what's included
  • 4.Enter your payment details or confirm with saved card
  • 5.Upgrade is instant — new features are available immediately


  • Upgrading mid-cycle: You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.


    Downgrading Your Plan



  • 1.Go to Settings → Billing → Plans
  • 2.Click Downgrade next to your current plan
  • 3.Review what you'll lose (features or limits that exceed the lower plan)
  • 4.Confirm downgrade


  • Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. You retain current plan features until then.


    Changing Billing Cycle (Monthly ↔ Annual)



  • 1.Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Cycle
  • 2.Switch between Monthly and Annual
  • 3.Switching to Annual: prorated credit applied toward annual fee
  • 4.Switching to Monthly: annual fee pro-rated, remainder credited


  • Updating Payment Method



  • 1.Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  • 2.Click Add Payment Method
  • 3.Enter new card or UPI details
  • 4.Click Set as Default to use for future charges
  • 5.Delete old methods if no longer needed


  • Pausing Your Account



    Not ready to cancel but taking a break? Pause for up to 3 months:
  • 1.Go to Settings → Billing → Pause Subscription
  • 2.Choose pause duration (1, 2, or 3 months)
  • 3.Confirm — billing pauses immediately


  • While paused, messaging is disabled but all data is preserved.

    Canceling Your Subscription



    Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the current period ends. Data is kept for 30 days post-cancellation before deletion.
