Refund Policy and Cancellations

HelpKit Refund Policy



Understanding our refund policy helps you make informed decisions about your subscription.

Subscription Refunds



Monthly Plans:
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the billing date if you have not used the service
  • "Used" is defined as: sending messages, creating contacts, or using automation features
  • After 7 days, no refund is available for the current period


  • Annual Plans:
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service
  • After 14 days, a prorated refund is available for unused months (minus a 10% processing fee)
  • Example: Cancel after 3 months on an annual plan → receive 9 months prorated refund minus 10%


  • WhatsApp API Usage Charges



    WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable. These are charges from Meta passed through at cost. HelpKit does not control or markup these charges.

    How to Request a Refund



  • 1.Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund
  • 2.Select the invoice you're requesting a refund for
  • 3.Choose a reason from the dropdown
  • 4.Submit your request


  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Alternatively, email billing@helpkit.in with your account email and invoice number.

    Cancellations



  • Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Access continues until the end of the current paid period
  • No partial refund for the remaining period on monthly plans
  • Annual plan prorated refunds per policy above


  • Disputed Charges



    If you believe you've been charged incorrectly:
  • 1.Contact us at billing@helpkit.in within 30 days
  • 2.Include your invoice number and description of the discrepancy
  • 3.We investigate and respond within 5 business days


  • Account Data After Cancellation



  • Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation
  • You can reactivate within 30 days and all data is restored
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy
