Understanding Campaign Analytics

After sending a broadcast campaign, HelpKit gives you detailed delivery and engagement metrics. Here's how to read and act on them.

Accessing Campaign Analytics

Go to Campaigns → [Select Campaign] → Analytics tab.

Core Metrics Explained

| Metric | Definition | Good Benchmark | |--------|------------|----------------| | Sent | Total messages dispatched | — | | Delivered | Delivered to device | >95% | | Read | Recipient opened message | >60% | | Replied | Sent a reply back | >5-15% | | Failed | Delivery failed (invalid number, blocked) | <3% | | Opted Out | Replied STOP or blocked | <0.5% |

Delivery Funnel

Sent → Delivered → Read → Replied
1000 → 960 → 720 → 85

A drop at each stage reveals where to optimize:
  • Low Delivered: Check for invalid numbers in your list
  • Low Read: Review your template header — is it compelling enough?
  • Low Replied: Your CTA may not be clear or enticing

  • Time-Based Analytics

Use the Delivery Timeline chart to see when messages were opened:
  • Most reads happen within the first 2 hours
  • If reads are spread over 24 hours, your audience is in different time zones

  • Response Analysis

View all replies to your campaign under the Responses tab. Common response patterns:
  • Quick replies (1, 2, 3 button taps)
  • Open text responses
  • Outbound replies to your team

  • You can bulk-assign all campaign replies to a specific agent or team.

    Exporting Campaign Data

Click Export → CSV or Excel. The export includes:
  • Contact number and name
  • Delivery status
  • Read timestamp
  • Reply content

  • This is useful for post-campaign follow-up or importing into your CRM.
