Scheduling Broadcast Campaigns

Timing is everything in WhatsApp marketing. Sending at the right time dramatically improves open rates and replies. HelpKit's scheduler lets you set campaigns for any future date and time.

How to Schedule a Campaign

While creating a campaign (see Creating Your First Broadcast Campaign), at the final step:

  • 1.Choose Schedule for Later instead of Send Now
  • 2.Select Date from the date picker
  • 3.Set Time (displayed in your account timezone)
  • 4.Click Schedule Campaign

  • Your campaign will show status: Scheduled in the Campaigns list.

    Managing Scheduled Campaigns

  • Edit — Click the campaign name → Edit. You can change the template, audience, or timing up to 30 minutes before scheduled send time
  • Cancel — Click Cancel Schedule to abort (no charges applied)
  • Reschedule — Cancel and reschedule with a new time

  • Optimal Sending Times (India)

Based on HelpKit platform analytics across industries:

    | Day | Best Time | Why | |-----|-----------|-----| | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Post-morning commute | | Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | After work wind-down | | Saturday | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Leisure browsing | | Sunday | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Planning the week |

Avoid: Early mornings (6–8 AM), late nights (10 PM+), and lunch hour (1–2 PM).

    Timezone Handling

All schedules are relative to your account timezone (set in Settings → Business Profile). If you have a global audience, consider sending in multiple campaigns segmented by region.

    Recurring Campaigns

    HelpKit supports recurring schedules for:
  • Weekly newsletters
  • Monthly billing reminders
  • Daily flash sale alerts

  • Enable Repeat when scheduling and set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
