Connecting Your WhatsApp Business Number

Connecting WhatsApp Business to HelpKit
HelpKit supports two connection methods: WhatsApp Business API (recommended for scale) and WhatsApp Web (via QR scan for quick setup). This article covers both.
Method 1: WhatsApp Web (QR Scan)
Best for: Small teams just getting started.
Important: Your phone must stay connected to the internet. If your phone battery dies or you lose internet, HelpKit will disconnect.
Method 2: WhatsApp Business API
Best for: Businesses sending 100+ messages/day.

After Connecting
Once connected:
Disconnecting a Number
Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp and click Disconnect. This will stop all incoming and outgoing messages through HelpKit.
