Troubleshooting Message Delivery Failures

Delivery Status Meanings

Common Failure Reasons
#### 1. Invalid Phone Number Error: "Invalid WhatsApp number"
Fix: Verify the number is active on WhatsApp by searching in your WhatsApp contacts.
#### 2. 24-Hour Window Expired Error: "Session window closed"
Fix: Use a template message or wait for the customer to message you again.
#### 3. Template Not Approved Error: "Template not found or not approved"
Fix: Check template status in Settings → Message Templates.
#### 4. Rate Limit Exceeded Error: "Rate limit hit"
Fix: Slow down sending. Use campaign throttling in Settings → Campaigns → Advanced.
#### 5. Number Blocked Error: "User has blocked this number"
Fix: Contact customer via alternate channel to request unblocking.
#### 6. Quality Rating Too Low Error: "Quality rating prevents sending"
Fix: Improve message quality, reduce frequency, ensure proper opt-in.
